5 things to help you if you’ve just been made redundant, from our wonderful redundancy expert Eleanor Tweddell;
1. Embrace the Shock > you don’t have to put on your positive pants straight away. It’s ok to wallow a while
2. Create space in your day to think and just be as well as do > don’t just apply for 50 random jobs. Think about what you want and put energy into 2 -3 jobs you really want
3. Know that you have choices: you an decide what happens next, you can stick, twist or bust your next move
4. Work on you, work on dialling down the inner chatter telling you to panic, worry, that you aren’t good enough > work on helpful inner talk
5. Know that this temporary and you’ll be ok, you’ll find a solution
